Choc Chip Cookie Dough
YOU WILL NEED
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs rice malt syrup
2 tbs honey
1/2 c coconut flour
1/2 c almond meal
Pinch of salt
2 tbs plant based milk
1/4 c choc chips of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Soften/melt coconut oil and combine with honey and rice malt syrup in a mixing bowl.
Add coconut flour, almond meal and salt. Stir through milk if dough is too crumbly.
Stir through chocolate chips.
Transfer cookie dough to a bowl and eat straight away.
Best stored in a fridge.
